Face bowl

Made by Mathilde from the Boue.Sol workshop, ceramist in Cusset:
 
 I offer artisanal decorated stoneware pottery. 
 On raw earth, I like to spend hours making my pear decorations filled with black slip.   The enchanting curves and volutes of Medieval Art as well as Art Nouveau inspire me.
 
 The face bowls, a very special small series of all of my creations, is like an ode to tranquility, a call and calm and inner peace.
 
 After a first firing, I enamel the inside of each of the cups only, in order to favor this contact with the raw earth. I make the enamel myself from raw materials that I harvest in nature (soil and rocks), or that I recylce (glass and ashes). I do not use any toxic products and I favor the magic of the environment ☼!
 The cooking is done in an electric oven at 1280 ° C. You can make a utility use, put them in the microwave as well as in the dishwasher! (..Although they will always prefer the softness of your hands.  ❤️)
